Our Programs
Monthly Family Gatherings
Welcome to our dining room table. Make yourself at home, the place where you can be 100% you, where burdens and celebrations are meant to be shared. Through a combination of trauma-informed education, small group sharing, and food that you don’t have to make, our monthly family gatherings exist to remind you that you are not alone and healing is possible.
Making Sense of Your Worth
Self-worth is a strong foundational component of who we are as humans and how we show up in the world. This 8 week program is designed to help people experience positive self-worth, secure attachment in relationships, and be free to be the caregiver they desire to be. Through a series of group sessions, you’ll make space for self-reflection, unpack how your past affects your present, and, ultimately, rebuild a life of positive self-worth.
TEEN Making Sense of Your Worth
Teen Making Sense of Your Worth is an 8-week program open to all teens ages 13–18, designed to help you explore how your history shapes the way you see yourself, separate your experiences from your true identity, and break free from the lies that chip away at your value. Together, we’ll unpack red flags in relationships, discover what it looks like to surround yourself with people who truly build you up, and rebuild a foundation of positive self-worth that lets you show up as the person you were meant to be. Each session is packed with real talk, creative art expression, games, and a snack table worth talking about.
